Direct democracy and UBI? This is not a pitch for libertarianism. This is just another statist fantasy, with some socialist bullshit sprinkled on top. You can't use the ring of power for good, it's wholly evil.
The ring of power is seating in the legislature, which this document abolishes entirely.
