It’s purposeful misdirection. Military rule? What behaviors at anytime in the last century would lead anyone paying any amount of attention to that conclusion? The military has done nothing but blindly obey the orders they’re given. They have no control over anything, even their own people, apparently, since they willingly send them to be slaughtered and purposely don’t fight wars correctly.
