The CIA has been operating on U.S. soil since the beginning. One of their biggest stations, domestically was the university of Florida. That was back during the late 50's, early to mid 60's. Just imagine what they're up too these days.
In a free society the CIA wouldn't exist. In a free society no government or their agencies would exist at all. A monopoly on force would not exist in a free society.
Governments violate the non aggression principle through taxation. A society that is built on theft and violence can not produce peace and prosperity. Governments are responsible for the most death and suffering. All governmental responsibilities should be the responsibility of the free market and you should have the right to own a business in that industry.

As a free person, I should be allowed to delegate governmental repsibilites to others, via elections, while I work on my business and employ people.

What services does the government provide that the free market can not?
