For claiming to not want to get in the minutiae, he really goes deep into it.
Using the "logic" outlined by Rothbard, murder is legal when one considers another person/being as a parasite.
Also, that does not answer the legal matter of "why charge homicide for a murdered pregnant woman, wherein the fetus/'parasite'(using Rothbard's term) also dies".
killing somebody who refuses to leave my house may seem excessive and is certainly degenerate but by natural law I cannot be punished for such.
