How can that be when the fetus/mass of cells is not considered a developing being by abortion advocates?

The only time someone is "forced" to become pregnant is when they are raped.
I asked, "Why is the charge homicide when a pregnant person dies and the fetus/parasite/mass of cells is no longer in a state of existence?"
Put another way:
A mugger shoots the pregnant person who is headed to Planned Parenthood.
Is the charge of double homicide excessive, since the pregnant person was already headed to Planned Parenthood?
