This has nothing to do with "Free Healthcare."
It has everything to do with British healthcare law. The hospital can take the parents to court whether they are paying or not.
This is a low-quality clickbait pro-capitalist post that is falsely trying to equate taxpayer funded healthcare with the death panels of conspiracy theorists of the Obama presidency.
So, you admit that your post is just low-quality clickbait to push your pathetic ideological worldview.
If the parents were paying then the hospital would have an incentive to keep the patient alive. The problem being highlighted here is that the NHS gets a fixed budget from the government regardless of how well they perform. And you can't just stop paying your taxes when they screw you over.
