U.S. Believes Ukrainians Were Behind an Assassination in Russia

American officials said they were not aware of the plan ahead of time for the attack that killed Daria Dugina and that they had admonished Ukraine over it.

I thought that was settled. The female Ukrainian did it and she came into Russia through a European country other than Ukraine. I guess it was settled for Russia , but not for the USA.

Definitionally terrorism. Therefore, if Biden/US sends more money and arms to Ukraine, they are de facto sponsoring state terrorism. I know, everyone here is surprised.
