Most technological advances cannot affect the liberty of men in a significant way, but those that can almost always do, no matter who holds the reins.

As I see it, a completely free market requires technological advance to stay free, these advances can deny one liberty though, depending on the definition of ‘libertarian’, one, both, or neither could be classified as libertarian.
