kinda long way to travel to be be violent. whats the obsession with somalia? you that scared of tribal people? scared one day you will be forced to speak Somali some day when they invade. lol

less willing to do violence to people who defend themselves. when someone is going out to commit a crime its not that they are looking to become a victim they are looking to victimize others. having a society that is willing and in the culture to defend themselves with fire arms would disincentivize predatory behavior from immigrants.

i mean... in the ideal society we would have overnight machine guns to protect yourself for all doubt too many violent people would want to come to a place where they would get shot dead for swinging a knife

It wouldn't be "enforced" it is something all accept. every 3year old is taught not to do to others we don't want done to us. To detour violence the threat of reciprocal violence and the mystery of if you impose on someone if they will accept being the victim or defend themselves.
