Got it. But, how does one prevent drunken morons from driving 60 MPH on a street designed for 35 - 35 MPH?
Cops, that thing won’t stop the sort of drunk driving either just send a fine to their next of kin. That thing just punishes people who accidentally stray 4-5 mph over the usually ridiculously slow speed limit. They’re a racket that don’t stop crap, traffic cops have discretion with which they’re able to put an active stop to insane recklessness and not punish those who very slightly break the rules on accident.
