The only time someone is "forced" to become pregnant is when they are raped.

I asked, "Why is the charge homicide when a pregnant person dies and the fetus/parasite/mass of cells is no longer in a state of existence?"

Put another way:

A mugger shoots the pregnant person who is headed to Planned Parenthood.

Is the charge of double homicide excessive, since the pregnant person was already headed to Planned Parenthood?

I see where you are going.

There are more lines of thought to extend from this, but this platform is not the best to convey without being misunderstood.

For claiming to not want to get in the minutiae, he really goes deep into it.

Using the "logic" outlined by Rothbard, murder is legal when one considers another person/being as a parasite.

Also, that does not answer the legal matter of "why charge homicide for a murdered pregnant woman, wherein the fetus/'parasite'(using Rothbard's term) also dies".

That makes sense.

I have known that for some time.

Still wonder the morals of ancap when many these days are out for themselves...at least where I live.

A little sure.

It is still a valid thought.

For example:

There are many with "liberal"/democrat ideas fleeing their areas and moving into "conservative"/republican areas, but bringing garbage policies with them.

How would an Ancap "community" defend against invasion of garbage ideas?

Agree, it was a big leap forward for individualists, but it fell apart when bankers screwed everyone.

Please explain how anarchy is a moral argument.

What is in place to prevent the sheep mind virus from spreading in the individualist system?

Wouldn't the "companies" become the moderators?
